Workers’ Compensation Defense
Dan joined Garofalo, Schreiber & Storm, Chtd. immediately after receiving his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2002. Dan rose quickly to the rank of a partner and shareholder in 2009. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University in 1998. Dan has practiced extensively before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, The Office of Administrative Law Judges, and the Benefits Review Board. He has also participated in and argued cases before the United States Court of Appeal for the Seventh Circuit, and the Appellate Court.
Dan has lectured on topics concerning workers’ compensation defense before a variety of business groups. He has also presented seminars for insurance companies and self-insured employers.
